Use of the service
VZFLO helps business owners configure AI phone agents, phone numbers, billing, and call workflows. You are responsible for the information you provide, the callers you serve, and the laws that apply to your business.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for paying subscription, credit, and usage charges shown during checkout. Credits may be deducted when calls are completed or when other metered services are used.
Phone calls and compliance
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for call recording, messaging, transfers, or automated voice interactions. Do not use the service for emergency calling, unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or regulated advice unless you have reviewed the applicable rules.
Service availability
Some features depend on third-party providers for voice, telephony, payments, authentication, and AI models. Availability may vary when those providers are degraded or unavailable.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product matures. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
