Forward Email to Your Workspace Inbox
Each workspace can receive forwarded email. Use the Mail page to copy the workspace inbox address, then forward customer, vendor, invoice, payroll, or operations email into VZFLO so agents can read it later.

Step by step
Open the Mail page
Sign in to VZFLO and open Mail from the app navigation. This is where forwarded workspace email lands.

Open Mail. Your forwarded messages live in the Messages table.
The Mail page is separate from your personal inbox. It only shows messages that were sent or forwarded to the workspace inbox address.

Click Configure in the Mail page header. VZFLO opens a setup panel for the workspace inbox.

Forward customer emails here to land them in this Mail tab.
Click Configure, then copy the generated workspace inbox address.
If Mail is not visible, the workspace mail feature may not be enabled for that organization yet.
Copy the workspace inbox address
Copy the Workspace inbox address from the setup panel. This is the address you can use as a forwarding destination.
Use the exact generated address. It is what lets VZFLO match the incoming email to the right workspace.
Forward email to the workspace
From your normal email client, forward the original message to the workspace inbox address. Normal forwarding is enough; you do not need a special export.
Forward normally from your email client. Attachments travel with the forwarded message when included.
Attachments forwarded with the message, including PDFs, are stored with the mailbox message when they are present on the forwarded email.
Confirm the message appears
Return to Mail. The message appears in the Messages table with sender, subject, received time, source, and a Files indicator when attachments were captured.
A Files indicator means VZFLO captured at least one attachment for the message.
Open the message row to read the email body and open any available attachments.

Launch checklist
- The workspace inbox address was copied from Mailbox setup.
- The email was forwarded to the workspace inbox address.
- The message appears on the Mail page.
- The Files column shows an attachment indicator when the email included files.
- Opening the message shows the body and available attachments.
Fix common issues
Troubleshooting
The message does not appear in Mail.
Confirm the message was sent to the exact workspace inbox address and wait a moment for processing. If it still does not appear, resend a simple test email to verify the address.
The email appears, but the attachment is missing.
Confirm the original forwarded message actually included the attachment. Some email clients forward only a link or strip large attachments depending on settings.
A workspace agent cannot find the email.
Make sure the agent has Mailbox messages read access and that its instructions mention the sender, subject, date range, or attachment it should inspect.
